Privacy, payment safety and disclaimer
This service helps teachers understand options and rebuild career capacity. It does not tell them to resign.
This page explains what the service is, what it is not, what information is needed to provide it, and how payment is handled without asking you to type card or bank details into this site.
Core disclaimer
In this product, rehabilitation means career rehabilitation, work-sustainability planning and option-building. Centre means an online planning service, not a clinic, treatment provider or workplace injury management service. It does not mean medical rehabilitation, psychological treatment or clinical advice.
The Teacher Rehabilitation Centre provides career navigation, job-matching support and general transition planning for educators.
It does not provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, industrial relations or employment-law advice.
Any decision to apply for roles, resign, reduce hours, change sectors or leave teaching remains entirely the user's own decision.
Users should seek independent advice from appropriate professionals, including their union, financial adviser, medical practitioner, HR representative or legal adviser where relevant.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes or career progression.
Job listings may change, close or contain errors, and users should verify all details directly with the employer before applying.
This service does not tell teachers to resign. It helps teachers understand their options and build a safer plan.
Privacy posture
Collect less. Explain more.
The safest product does not hoover up teacher pain stories. It gives value with minimal information first, then asks for account or payment details only when they are needed to deliver the service.
Private-by-default profile
The service asks for the minimum information needed to create results, manage paid access, provide support and send receipts.
Payment data
Card details, bank details and payment authentication are handled on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. This app creates the checkout session but does not store card numbers.
Minimal account data
If accounts are enabled, collect only what is needed to provide the service: name, email, subscription status, saved pathway items and user-controlled notes.
Sensitive information
The product avoids collecting medical details, workplace complaints, student information, payroll records or identity documents unless a specific paid workflow has a clear legal basis and stronger controls.
Outcome learning
Members can choose to send de-identified outcome signals when the service helps them secure an interview, offer or new role. The product uses patterns, not raw private applications, to improve future support.
Access and deletion
Users should be able to ask what information is held about them, correct it, export it where practical, unsubscribe from marketing and request deletion when the law allows.
Breach response
If a real data breach is suspected, pause affected processing, preserve evidence, assess risk quickly and notify affected users and regulators when legally required.
Payment safety
Stripe collects the card. The app gets the result.
Paid plans redirect to Stripe Checkout. The site stores only the subscription and payment status needed to provide paid features, receipts and support. You should never type card numbers, bank details, tax file numbers or identity documents into this site.
How we protect you
- Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout, not through a form on this site.
- Support will not ask for card numbers, bank details, student names, medical records or identity documents.
- Survey and profile information is used to provide pathway results, saved planning tools and support.
- Outcome feedback is voluntary and should be de-identified before it is used to improve the service.
- Users can request correction or deletion of personal information where the law allows.
- Major employment, financial, medical or legal decisions should be checked with an appropriately qualified adviser.
